These terms govern your use of the Tokensitter website, plugin, widget and optional hosted services provided by Tokensitter Ltd, United States. Questions: hello@tokensitter.com.
Using Tokensitter
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. You must be legally able to enter an agreement and comply with laws that apply to your use.
You are responsible for your devices, integrations, API keys, configurations and the information you send. Only process content you are entitled to use and disclose to the services involved. Keep credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Permitted use
Do not use Tokensitter for unlawful activity, to access systems without authorization, to evade service-provider restrictions, to interfere with other users, or to compromise security. Do not misrepresent usage or attempt to bypass configured account controls. You must also follow the terms of the coding agents and model providers you use.
Third-party services and your content
Tokensitter works with independent model providers and coding tools. Their availability, rate limits, pricing, acceptable-use rules and data practices remain governed by their own terms. Tokensitter does not grant permission to reuse a subscription login outside its permitted environment or guarantee continued access to any model.
You retain your rights in your prompts, files and other content. You authorize the processing reasonably needed to provide the features you choose, including forwarding requests to providers when a feature requires it. Our Privacy Policy describes the information flows. Third-party outputs and licensing requirements are your responsibility to review.
Savings, plan stretch and quality
Usage counters, cost comparisons, potential savings and plan-stretch figures can be estimated, incomplete or delayed. Plan limits may not track API list prices. A multiplier does not guarantee additional subscription quota or a lower subscription invoice. A laboratory result, website illustration or adjustable scenario is not a promise about your workload.
Optimizations can change model selection, context or outputs. Review important results and test changes in your own workflow. No feature guarantees unchanged quality, uninterrupted access, a particular saving or a particular result.
Charges and billing
You remain responsible for charges from your model providers and other services. Optional helper calls, classification, retries, keep-alive requests and other features may create usage costs. A configured budget or cap may have timing and accounting limits and should not be treated as a provider billing guarantee.
If you purchase a paid Tokensitter service, the price, billing period and applicable cancellation or refund terms will be disclosed before you commit. A separately agreed order or plan may contain additional terms. Nothing here starts a subscription or authorizes a payment on its own. Statutory cancellation, refund and consumer rights are not waived.
Availability, changes and ending use
Features may change, be experimental or be unavailable in some environments. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or a material breach, and provide notice when practicable. You can stop using Tokensitter, disable integrations and uninstall the local components. Stopping use does not automatically cancel a separately purchased subscription or delete earlier records.
Intellectual property
Tokensitter branding and service materials belong to their respective owners. Open-source components remain subject to their accompanying licences. These terms do not replace a licence that applies to software you receive. Third-party product names and marks do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it is error-free or suitable for every purpose. Maintain appropriate backups and independently verify important outputs, costs and configuration changes. These terms do not exclude rights, warranties, duties or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Updates, disputes and contact
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The updated date will appear above; material changes will receive additional notice where required. Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive non-waivable legal rights.
